The hunger & fatigue that follows a 12 hour shift usually means one thing, find a quick &
  1. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a dutch oven pot over medium heat. Add Turkey sausage & cook for seven to 7-8 minutes until completely cooked. Remove from the pot & set aside.

  2. Cut bacon into small pieces & add bacon to the pot, cooking until crispy around the edges. Once crispy around the edges, return ground turkey sausage to the same pot & continue to brown. Add Mrs. Dash's garlic blend.

  3. Chop garlic, onions, & celery finely (I use the food processor for mine) & add to pot & sauté 5 to 7 minutes

  4. Add flour & while stirring with a whisk, add chicken stock with chicken bouillon then bring to a boil.

  5. Wash & scrub potatoes. Chop into pieces & add to pot. You can peel if you’d like (I left the skin on) cover, & cook until potatoes are tender (approximately 10-15 minutes)

  6. Add cooked Turkey bacon & Turkey sausage, kale, & heavy cream. Stir & cover, bring to a boil, simmer for 7- 10 minutes then remove from heat.

  7. Plate & Serve
