-
One pound of ground turkey sausage
-
A drizzle of olive oil
-
10 slices of Turkey bacon
-
2 tsp Mrs. Dash’s garlic & herb
-
1 medium onion
-
4 cloves of garlic
-
1 stick of celery
-
2 tablespoons of flour
-
4 cups of chicken stock + 1 tbsp of chicken bouillon added
-
4 medium-sized potatoes
-
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
-
One Cup of kale finely chopped
-
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a dutch oven pot over medium heat. Add Turkey sausage & cook for seven to 7-8 minutes until completely cooked. Remove from the pot & set aside.
-
Cut bacon into small pieces & add bacon to the pot, cooking until crispy around the edges. Once crispy around the edges, return ground turkey sausage to the same pot & continue to brown. Add Mrs. Dash's garlic blend.
-
Chop garlic, onions, & celery finely (I use the food processor for mine) & add to pot & sauté 5 to 7 minutes
-
Add flour & while stirring with a whisk, add chicken stock with chicken bouillon then bring to a boil.
-
Wash & scrub potatoes. Chop into pieces & add to pot. You can peel if you’d like (I left the skin on) cover, & cook until potatoes are tender (approximately 10-15 minutes)
-
Add cooked Turkey bacon & Turkey sausage, kale, & heavy cream. Stir & cover, bring to a boil, simmer for 7- 10 minutes then remove from heat.
