  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 12oz Beef smoked sausage

  • 1 small onion

  • 1/2 of green bell pepper

  • 1 mini red bell pepper

  • 1 mini orange bell pepper

  • 1 mini yellow bell pepper 

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp parsley

  • 2 bay leaf

  • 2 tsp chicken bullion 

  • 1.5 cup water

  • 2 cup jasmine rice

  1. Add olive oil to a large sauté pan over medium heat. Slice sausage, add to hot oil in batches & cook until crispy around the edges.

  2. Remove sausage from pan & add onions, cook until nearly translucent. Then add bell peppers & garlic. 

  3. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, & parsley. Stir until the garlic is fragrant. 

  4. Add chicken bouillon, water, & stir. Bring to a boil & add rice. Reduce heat to low.

  5. Cover with foil & lid & cook x 10 minutes.

  6. Remove the lid, fluff the rice gently & cover again with foil & lid. Cook for 15 minutes.

  7. Fluff rice with a fork! Enjoy!
