2 tbsp olive oil

12oz Beef smoked sausage

1 small onion

1/2 of green bell pepper

1 mini red bell pepper

1 mini orange bell pepper

1 mini yellow bell pepper

3 cloves of garlic

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp parsley

2 bay leaf

2 tsp chicken bullion

1.5 cup water

2 cup jasmine rice

Add olive oil to a large sauté pan over medium heat. Slice sausage, add to hot oil in batches & cook until crispy around the edges.

Remove sausage from pan & add onions, cook until nearly translucent. Then add bell peppers & garlic.

Add curry powder, turmeric powder, & parsley. Stir until the garlic is fragrant.

Add chicken bouillon, water, & stir. Bring to a boil & add rice. Reduce heat to low.

Cover with foil & lid & cook x 10 minutes.

Remove the lid, fluff the rice gently & cover again with foil & lid. Cook for 15 minutes.

Fluff rice with a fork! Enjoy!
