Season salmon with salt, Mrs. dash fiesta lime, roasted garlic, Old Bay, & Mrs. dash original blend seasoning. Brush with olive oil on both sides & place in the oven on air fry for 12- 15 minutes. Squeeze one lemon over cooked salmon & allow it to rest.
-
Wash sweet potatoes & cut them into slices. Season with salt & black pepper to taste then brush with olive oil. Place in oven on a baking tray and cook at 400 degrees F for 17 minutes
-
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, dill, salt, relish, lemon juice, cajun seasoning, & paprika, & mix until combined to make a spicy tartar sauce.
-
Mix garlic, butter, & parsley then brush buns with this on both sides. I popped these in my toaster, & they got a lovely even toast on both sides.
-
To assemble, add a heavy helping of spicy tartar sauce to both sides of the bun. Add arugula, tomatoes, & salmon for the perfect bite! Serve with oven-roasted sweet potato chips.
