1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp. baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp. salt

2 ½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp allspice

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 tsp ginger

1 cup sugar
-
â…“ cup dark brown sugar

½ cup vegetable oil
-
1 tbsp vanilla extract
-
¼ c milk
-
2 eggs
-
1 can pumpkin

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit & place paper liners in muffin baking pan

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, & ginger in a bowl. Set aside

In another medium bowl, whisk white sugar, brown sugar, milk, vanilla, vegetable oil, eggs & pumpkin

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients & stir until just combined. Overmixing makes a tough muffin!

Using an ice cream scoop, fill muffin liners ¾ full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes
