-
2 lbs golden king crab legs (steamed)
-
1 shallot
-
1 stick of butter
-
5 cloves of garlic
-
2 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic blend
-
2 tsp old bay
-
½ tsp salt
-
1 tsp red pepper flakes
-
2 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
2 lemons (the juice)
-
1 lime (the juice)
-
Clean crab legs well.
-
Using shears, cut along the white part of the shell (softer to cut) from end to end to expose the crab meat.
-
To a sauté pan over medium heat, add 1 stick of butter, & let melt. Add shallots, cook until translucent, then add garlic & cook until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a low simmer then remove from heat.
-
Arrange the crab legs on a foil-lined baking tray & spoon lemon garlic butter sauce over exposed crab meat. Using a brush, brush the sauce over all pieces of crab legs.
-
Cover crab legs with foil and place in the oven for 10 minutes then remove foil & increase heat to 400 for just 5 minutes.
-
Remove from the baking tray & plate. Top with chopped parsley & lemon wedges.
-
Enjoy!

You can make more garlic butter using the same ingredients for dipping. If you are watching your calories (like I am), just a squeeze more of lemon will do.
