(Bahamian-inspired dish)

2 pounds of snapper filet
- fresh Lime juice (2 juicy limes), 1 ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp habanero Peppers, 1 tsp lemon pepper

Two lobster tails
- 1 large lemon 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp salt

One pound of shrimp

¾ tsp salt, 1 tsp old Bay, 1 tsp garlic powder 1 lemon,
- 1 medium onion
-
1 bell pepper
-
1 Plantain
-
1 lime
-
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash garlic blend

4 tbsp. butter

Season fish with lime, salt, habanero peppers, & lemon pepper

Season Lobster tails with lemon juice salt & garlic

Season shrimp with Salt old bay seasoning, garlic powder, & lemon juice

Allow marinating in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight

Slice onions, bell peppers, & plantain.

Lay out 2 sheets of heavy-duty foil. Divide onions, bell peppers, & plantain & add to them. Divide seafood & set fish lobster & shrimp on top of vegetables then cover with more onions, bell peppers, & plantain. Use juices from the marinade to pour on top. Squeeze ½ a lime over each portion. Sprinkle with garlic blend from Mrs. Dash & add butter to both. Seal both foil sheets tightly & place in a preheated oven on roast at 425 degrees F x 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven & eat from foil. Squeeze a lime over the top & add goat (habanero) pepper to your liking.
