Preheat the deep fryer with oil @ 350°F.

Cut whole chicken into small pieces using kitchen shears or a knife.

Clean chicken by removing any excess skin, or fat. Cover with water & add vinegar, set aside for 5-10 minutes then rinse & pat dry. Return to bowl.

Season chicken with salt, Mrs. Dash garlic blend, smoked paprika, chicken seasoning, black pepper, & lime. Allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Whisk together milk & eggs in a bowl. Set aside.

In another bowl, add flour, salt, Mrs. Dash garlic blend, smoked paprika, chicken seasoning, black pepper, & Italian seasoning.

Arrange an “assembly line”. Add raw seasoned chicken pieces to the egg mixture – fully coat, then into the flour mixture & thoroughly coat.

Add Chicken to the deep fryer basket & then to preheated oil. Fry until golden – approximately 6 minutes. Allow to rest on paper towel-lined plates to absorb excess oil.

Fry fries until golden.
Assembly

Tear a piece of foil.

Add fries to foil, then chicken on top. Add ketchup, hot sauce, & mayonnaise. Seal in foil & add to the paper bag.
