1 pound chicken breast (leftovers)

1 c Hot Sauce

1 stick of Kerrygold garlic & herb butter

1 tsp paprika

1 c of cabbage thinly sliced

½ green apple cut into sticks

¼ c mayonnaise

¼ tsp salt
-
2 tsp sugar
-
1 tbsp. lime juice

3 flour tortillas
-
Red leaf lettuce
-
Red Onions

Slice chicken breasts thinly

In a medium saucepan & add hot sauce, butter & paprika. Once butter is melted, add chicken & cook on medium-high until the sauce has reduced & the chicken is fully glazed with sauce.

Slice cabbage thinly, (I used a mandolin) add green apples into sticks in a medium bowl add mayonnaise, salt, sugar, & lime juice & mix. Then add cabbage & apples & mix them all together.

Toast tortillas in a pan then top with red leaf lettuce, buffalo chicken, slaw & red onions.
