Buffalo Chicken Wraps
  • 1 pound chicken breast (leftovers)

  • 1 c Hot Sauce

  • 1 stick of Kerrygold garlic & herb butter 

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 c of cabbage thinly sliced

  • ½ green apple cut into sticks

  • ¼ c mayonnaise 

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp. lime juice

  • 3 flour tortillas

  • Red leaf lettuce

  • Red Onions

The hunger & fatigue that follows a 12 hour shift usually means one thing, find a quick &
  1. Slice chicken breasts thinly

  2. In a medium saucepan & add hot sauce, butter & paprika. Once butter is melted, add chicken & cook on medium-high until the sauce has reduced & the chicken is fully glazed with sauce.

  3. Slice cabbage thinly, (I used a mandolin) add green apples into sticks in a medium bowl add mayonnaise, salt, sugar, & lime juice & mix. Then add cabbage & apples & mix them all together.

  4. Toast tortillas in a pan then top with red leaf lettuce, buffalo chicken, slaw & red onions.

  5. Serve!
