2 broccoli crowns chopped into mini florets (approximately 4 cups)

½ of a medium red onion chopped fine

8 slices of bacon cooked & chopped into pieces

A handful of candied pecans

Place the chopped broccoli, chopped red onion, bacon, & pecans in a large mixing bowl

Add sugar, salt, apple cider vinegar, & mayonnaise then mix until all salad ingredients are coated in the dressing.

1 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. sugar
-
3 tsp of apple cider vinegar
-
1 tsp salt
