  • 2 broccoli crowns chopped into mini florets (approximately 4 cups)

  • ½ of a medium red onion chopped fine

  • 8 slices of bacon cooked & chopped into pieces

  • A handful of candied pecans

  1. Place the chopped broccoli, chopped red onion, bacon, & pecans in a large mixing bowl

  2. Add sugar, salt, apple cider vinegar, & mayonnaise then mix until all salad ingredients are coated in the dressing.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise 

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

  • 3 tsp of apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp salt

The Dressing:

This is a health alternative to loaded baked potatoes. Choosing cauliflower over potatoes
