Warm Bahamian Summers and food aromas dancing by my nostrils are memories that I made, watching my mom prepare delicious meals from my favorite spot at the kitchen nook.

I’ve learned the art of college survival cooking, experimented with flavors for my family, impressed my husband, & I’m still learning to appease the picky taste buds of my daughters.
